1. General Terms

2. Booking and Payment
2.1 A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid prior to or on the date of the photoshoot. 2.2 Payments are accepted via [bank transfer or cash]. 2.3 Cancellations made less than [30 days] days before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Copyright and Usage Rights
3.1 All images captured and produced by Andrew Florides Photography remain the intellectual property of Andrew Florides. 3.2 Clients receive a limited license for personal use. Commercial use requires explicit written permission and may incur additional fees. 3.3 Clients may not edit, alter, or resell images without prior consent.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 The client must arrive on time for the scheduled session. Delays may result in reduced shooting time or additional fees. 4.2 The client is responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for photography at specific locations. 4.3 Andrew Florides Photography is not liable for any damages, loss, or unforeseen circumstances that may affect the session.
5. Image Delivery and Storage
5.1 Edited images will be delivered within [7] days after the session. 5.2 Digital files will be available for download for a limited period. It is the client’s responsibility to back up their files. 5.3 Andrew Florides Photography is not responsible for lost or deleted images once delivered to the client.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
6.1 Refunds are not available for completed services. 6.2 If the photographer is unable to attend a scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances, a reschedule or full refund will be offered. 6.3 If a client cancels a session after booking, the deposit remains non-refundable.
7. Liability and Indemnification
7.1 Andrew Florides Photography is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during a session. 7.2 The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Andrew Florides Photography against any claims arising from the use of images.
8. Privacy Policy
8.1 We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information without your consent. 8.2 Client images may be used for portfolio, website, or promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
